This is a live, hand-carved jamón setup for weddings, private dinners, and events around Charleston. The focus is on doing it the way it’s done in Spain. Slow, clean slices that bring out the flavor of the ham.

You can add simple Spanish sides like Manchego, olives, and tostadas. Nothing overly dressed up, just classic pairings that fit naturally with the jamón. It’s a unique option for Charleston events and a nice change from typical catering stations.

This service brings a bit of Italian salumeria style to Charleston events and gatherings. The prosciutto is carved fresh at your event, keeping it soft, balanced, and true to how it’s served in Italy.

 

Optional pairings include Pecorino, fig jam, and crostini, keeping everything simple and regional. It works well for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and private events where you want something a little different from the usual catering spread.
